Valley girls a surprise packet

MOSTON Valley under 10 girls, pictured, entered Chaddy End’s annual football tournament at Heaton Park last Sunday.
They didn’t win any prizes, but they gave a few teams a good run for their money and suprised the opposition with their strength and spirit.
The girls generated a lot of support and encouragement.
Managers and coaches of other teams were quietly suprised at the level of football they displayed.
