Teen hurt in hit-and-run

A TEENAGER has been hospitalised following a hit and run in New Moston.
A car, believed to be a black Audi A4 holding four people, hit the 16-year-old boy on Moston Lane East shortly before 9pm on Sunday.
He was taken to North Manchester General Hospital with a broken leg and cuts and bruises. He remains in a stable condition.
A black Audi A4 was shortly after found damaged and abandoned on Grange Street, Failsworth.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information about who may have been involved is asked to call traffic police on 0161 856 3572.
